The Challenges Faced in Technology-Driven Classes During COVID-19

In the wake of coronavirus pandemic, social distancing became a mandate that led to transition from traditional classroom-based lectures computer-based learning. This paper extensively deals with ranking challenges faced by instructors and students. Primary data 624 participants (399 students 225 instructors) is collected through questionnaire. To assign challenges, Technique Order Preference Similarity Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) deployed. A contextual model developed using Interpretive Structural Model (ISM) technique further provides recommendations for prioritizing need be addressed mitigate problems in online situation. The number variables reduced simplify interpretation exploratory factor analysis. study also basis formulate strategies policymakers administration after identifying which first mitigating all other challenges.
